Stop letting back pain control your life. At MovementPRO Physical Therapy, we don't just mask symptoms—we identify the root cause of your pain and build a plan to eliminate it for good. Whether you're an athlete sidelined by injury or someone who just wants to move without discomfort, we'll help you get back to doing

Cookie-cutter exercises and "one-size-fits-all" protocols that don't account for your sport, your movement patterns, or the root cause of your shoulder dysfunction.

You're juggling your therapist's time with multiple patients while an assistant runs you through exercises. There's no focused attention on what's actually broken in your mechanics.

Your treatment is dictated by what insurance will cover—not what you actually need. Sessions are rushed, techniques are limited, and your recovery suffers because of it.
At MovementPRO Physical Therapy, we treat back pain the way it should be treated—by addressing the movement dysfunctions that caused it. Dr. Jeremy Meschino is a licensed physical therapist, certified strength coach, and athlete who understands what it takes to get back to peak performance. You'll get one-on-one care for your entire visit, with a customized plan designed to eliminate pain and build resilience.

We start with a comprehensive movement assessment to identify the muscle imbalances, joint restrictions, or faulty mechanics driving your pain—not just where it hurts.

Using advanced techniques like dry needling, Graston, cupping, and hands-on therapy, we eliminate pain and prepare your body to move correctly again.

We design a customized strength program to correct movement patterns, improve core stability, and ensure your back pain doesn't come back when you return to activity.
Whether you're dealing with chronic lower back pain, sciatica, or post-surgical recovery, MovementPRO delivers targeted treatment that gets results. We work with athletes, weekend warriors, CrossFitters, and active adults who refuse to let back pain slow them down.
"I just finished my 8th session with Jeremy Meschino at MovementPro, and it has been great. I suffered a back issue that resulted in severe sciatic pain. After a few weeks of trying chiropractic services, massages, and my standard workouts, I opted to try some PT with Jeremy. The results have been great. I am again moving normally, with most of my back pain in full regression. Jeremy's method ensures your body moves and stays active. I have found this super helpful, and I am on track to hit my first hike in months this weekend."
"Lower back pain was slowing my recovery of core strength and endurance. Jeremy's assessment & program recommendations got me back to being able to jog and climb at desired level."
"I have been attending personal training sessions with Jeremy for almost a year now and I cannot speak highly enough about him and the establishment. He has helped me with my reoccurring shoulder and knee issues and has given me strength back in these areas. I have 3 grandkids and wanting to keep up with them has been a main priority. Allowing the strength and flexibility back into my life has greatly benefitted my lifestyle."
