"I have been attending personal training sessions with Jeremy for almost a year now and I cannot speak highly enough about him and the establishment. He has helped me with my reoccurring shoulder and knee issues and has given me strength back in these areas. I have 3 grandkids and wanting to keep up with them has been a main priority. Allowing the strength and flexibility back into my life has greatly benefitted my lifestyle. I would recommend Jeremy and MovementPRO Physical Therapy to anyone wanting a healthy journey to wellness."
"I have only good words for Jeremy. He helped me with injuries in the past and he continues getting me ready for sports after a clavicle ORIF surgery and any other pain showing up as I reach the 50y/o mark. The only down side is that MovementPRO is 30 minutes away from home and I can't go as often as I would like to but it is still worth the effort to go as much as I can. You really can't find a more knowledgeable and committed professional when it comes to PT or personal training."
"Jeremy is the best, I've had several sessions with him. We work on a shoulder condition I have along with mobility. I'm a fitness freak 69 years old. I love the fact that when we begin a session he puts me through an excellent warmup and mobility routine. He answers any questions I have. PT for me involves strength training and he trains the muscles I want to concentrate on along with making sure I'm moving safely. I highly recommend him and that's why I continue to see him for therapy and fitness training. I'm a masters CrossFitter and he helps keep me in my game."

No. New Hampshire allows direct access to physical therapy, which means you can schedule an appointment without a doctor's referral. However, if you plan to use insurance for reimbursement, some plans may require a referral—check with your provider to confirm.
MovementPRO Physical Therapy is a fee-for-service practice. You pay for treatment at the time of service, and we provide a detailed receipt (superbill) that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. This allows us to focus on what's best for your recovery without limitations imposed by insurance companies.
We start with a free discovery session by phone to make sure we're a good fit before you invest any time or money. If we move forward, your first in-person visit includes a comprehensive movement assessment, discussion of your goals, and a personalized treatment plan. Every session is one-on-one with Dr. Meschino for the full appointment.
Each session is approximately 60 minutes of one-on-one care with Dr. Meschino. We offer morning and evening appointments to accommodate your schedule.
